4-5 листопада 2018 року у Києві, на головній арені НСК «Олімпійський», відбувся Національний чемпіонат України з перукарського мистецтва, нігтьової естетики та макіяжу. Захід традиційно організувала ГС «Асоціація б’юті-чемпіонатів» за підтримки компанії Estet і провідних міжнародних брендів.
Одним із найяскравіших імен Чемпіонату стала Анжеліка Сластьоненко, яка здобула перемогу у номінації «Street Elegance – жіноча зачіска у стилі вуличної моди», підтвердивши статус лідера в українській індустрії краси.
Робота Анжеліки була визнана еталонною за технічну досконалість, баланс форми, кольору та творчої концепції.

Пані Анжеліко, Національний чемпіонат України з перукарського мистецтва вважається одним із найпрестижніших конкурсів у галузі. Здобути перемогу тут означає бути визнаним експертом на національному рівні. Що для Вас означає ця перемога?
Для мене ця перемога — це результат багаторічної наполегливої праці й постійного прагнення бути кращою у своїй справі. Щоденна практика, відточування техніки, пошук нових рішень і самодисципліна — усе це стало основою для перемоги.
Національний чемпіонат — це справжній професійний виклик, де кожен рух має значення. Саме тому ця перемога для мене — доказ того, що наполегливість, любов до професії й віра у власні сили завжди приносять результат.
Розкажіть, будь ласка, про роботу, з якою Ви перемогли. У чому її унікальність?
Моя конкурсна робота — це творче поєднання класичної жіночої елегантності з енергійною динамікою сучасного урбаністичного стилю. Концепція «Street Elegance» втілює ідею гармонійного балансу між природністю та архітектурною чіткістю форми.
У процесі створення образу я прагнула досягти витонченого контрасту між м’якістю ліній та графічною структурованістю силуету. Основна мета — підкреслити жіночність без надмірного декору, використовуючи чисту геометрію, складне колористичне рішення та динамічну текстуру.
Важливим аспектом роботи стало власне художнє бачення, адже зачіска є завершеним образом, який відображає індивідуальність, характер і сучасне відчуття краси.
Суддівська колегія відзначила Вашу роботу за чистоту техніки та баланс кольору. Як Ви готуєтесь до змагань такого рівня?
Підготовка до Чемпіонату — це тривалий творчий процес, який поєднує експеримент, дослідження й постійне вдосконалення. Я багато експериментую з формами, фактурами та колористичними поєднаннями, шукаючи гармонію між технікою й художнім задумом.
Велику увагу приділяю підбору відтінків і переходів, тому що колір здатен змінити зовнішність і емоційне сприйняття образу. У процесі підготовки активно спілкуюся з колегами та клієнтами, це допомагає побачити нові грані стилю й відчути, як сучасні тенденції впливають на сприйняття краси.
Я постійно вивчаю сучасне мистецтво, моду та культурні зміни. Для мене зачіска — це мова самовираження, через яку майстер розповідає свою історію світові.
Чемпіонати національного масштабу мають велике значення для розвитку української б’юті-індустрії та її міжнародного іміджу. Як Ви оцінюєте їхній вплив на професійне середовище та розвиток майстрів?
Чемпіонати національного масштабу є рушійною силою для всієї індустрії. Вони створюють простір для обміну досвідом, підвищують професійні стандарти й мотивують майстрів розвиватися. Це можливість показати рівень української школи, заявити про себе на міжнародній арені та довести, що наші фахівці здатні конкурувати з найкращими.
Чемпіонати такого професійного рівня надихають молодих майстрів, відкривають нові імена та формують професійне майбутнє українського б’юті-сектора.
Анжеліка, Ви отримали національну нагороду та визнання як одна з найкращих у своїй галузі. Що далі? Які Ваші плани після цієї перемоги?
Ця перемога для мене є новим життєвим етапом. Я хочу розширювати свою освітню діяльність, працюю над написанням підручника, в задумах є створення освітніх курсів з перукарського мистецтва та відкриття власного салону краси
Моя мета — розвивати українську б’юті-індустрію зсередини: підвищувати рівень освіти, підтримувати молодих фахівців і формувати культуру професійного зростання. Я хочу, щоб майстри в Україні мали доступ до якісних знань, сучасних методик і можливостей реалізовувати свій талант у межах країни.
Вірю, що розвиток галузі починається з освіти, обміну досвідом і спільної роботи над підвищенням стандартів.

Anzhelika Slastonenko: a victory that became a symbol of Ukrainian hairdressing
On November 4-5, 2018, the National Championship of Ukraine in hairdressing, nail aesthetics, and makeup took place in Kyiv at the main arena of the NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium (Kyiv). The event was traditionally organized by the Beauty Championships Association with the support of Estet and leading international brands.
One of the most prominent names of the Championship was Anzhelika Slastonenko, who won in the category “Street Elegance – women’s hairstyle in street fashion style,” confirming her status as a leader in the Ukrainian beauty industry.
Anzhelika’s work was recognized as exemplary for its technical perfection, balance of form, color, and creative concept.
We spoke with Anzhelika about her path to victory, the standards of modern beauty education, and the role of international recognition in the professional development of beauty professionals.
Ms. Anzhelika, the Ukrainian National Hairdressing Championship is considered one of the most prestigious competitions in the industry. Winning here means being recognized as an expert at the national level. What does this victory mean to you?
For me, this victory is the result of many years of hard work and a constant desire to be the best at what I do. Daily practice, honing my technique, searching for new solutions, and self-discipline — all of this laid the foundation for my victory.
The national championship is a real professional challenge where every move counts. That is why this victory is proof for me that perseverance, love for my profession, and belief in my own abilities always bring results.
Please tell us about the work that won you the competition. What makes it unique?
My competition entry is a creative combination of classic feminine elegance and the energetic dynamics of contemporary urban style. The concept of “Street Elegance” embodies the idea of a harmonious balance between naturalness and architectural clarity of form.
In the process of creating the image, I sought to achieve a subtle contrast between the softness of the lines and the graphic structure of the silhouette. The main goal was to emphasize femininity without excessive decoration, using pure geometry, complex color solutions, and dynamic textures.
An important aspect of the work was my own artistic vision, because a hairstyle is a complete image that reflects individuality, character, and a modern sense of beauty.
The panel of judges noted your work for its technical purity and color balance. How do you prepare for competitions of this level?
Preparing for the Championship is a long creative process that combines experimentation, research, and continuous improvement. I experiment a lot with shapes, textures, and color combinations, seeking harmony between technique and artistic vision.
I pay great attention to the selection of shades and transitions, because color can change the appearance and emotional perception of an image. During the preparation process, I actively communicate with colleagues and clients, which helps me see new facets of style and feel how modern trends influence the perception of beauty.
I constantly study contemporary art, fashion, and cultural changes. For me, a hairstyle is a language of self-expression through which the stylist tells their story to the world.
National championships are of great importance for the development of the Ukrainian beauty industry and its international image. How do you assess their impact on the professional environment and the development of masters?
National championships are a driving force for the entire industry. They create a space for sharing experiences, raise professional standards, and motivate beauty professionals to develop. This is an opportunity to showcase the level of Ukrainian schools, make a name for themselves on the international stage, and prove that our specialists are capable of competing with the best.
Championships of this professional level inspire young masters, reveal new names, and shape the professional future of the Ukrainian beauty sector.
Anzhelika, you have received a national award and recognition as one of the best in your field. What’s next? What are your plans after this victory?
This victory is a new stage in my life. I want to expand my educational activities, I am working on writing a textbook, and I plan to create educational courses in hairdressing and open my own beauty salon.
My goal is to develop the Ukrainian beauty industry from within: to raise the level of education, support young professionals, and foster a culture of professional growth. I want beauty professionals in Ukraine to have access to quality knowledge, modern techniques, and opportunities to realize their talent within the country.
I believe that the development of the industry begins with education, the exchange of experience, and joint work on raising standards.
