17 листопада 2020 року в Україні відбувся Національний онлайн Чемпіонат з перукарського мистецтва, нігтьової естетики та макіяжу — масштабна подія, що об’єднала найкращих майстрів країни та визначила новий рівень професійних стандартів у б’юті-індустрії. Організатором змагання традиційно виступила Громадська Спілка «Асоціація Б’юті Чемпіонатів», яка забезпечила прозорість оцінювання та відповідність конкурсу міжнародним вимогам.
Цього року Чемпіонат вперше проводили онлайн. Суддівство з перукарського мистецтва відбувалося у трьох категорія: Fashion Street Look, Be Cool Be Blondie, Man Style Be Idol.
Однією з ключових фігур суддівської колегії стала Анжеліка Сластьоненко — дипломований перукар-стиліст, технолог, переможець Національного Чемпіонату України з перукарського мистецтва, нігтьової естетики та макіяжу, автор популярних навчальних курсів, що становлять вагомий внесок у галузь та формують сучасну освітню базу українських перукарів.
– Анжеліко, цьогорічний Національний онлайн Чемпіонат з перукарського мистецтва, нігтьової естетики та макіяжу став однією з найважливіших подій для української б’юті-індустрії. Яким Ви бачите роль таких конкурсів у розвитку професійного середовища перукарів?
Національний онлайн Чемпіонат з перукарського мистецтва, нігтьової естетики та макіяжу надав можливість майстрам із різних регіонів та країн долучитися до змагань, а також забезпечив максимально об’єктивні умови оцінювання. Чемпіонат визначає рівень професійної підготовки та виділяє експертів галузі, демонструючи кращих спеціалістів та їхні досягнення. Учасники бачать реальні стандарти на які варто рівнятися. Також Чемпіонат є можливістю для експертів галузі заявити про себе на міжнародній арені. Переможці Чемпіонату з перукарського мистецтва, нігтьової естетики та макіяжу здатні конкурувати з кращими світовими експертами галузі.
– Суддівство в категорії Чемпіонату «Be Cool Be Blondie» Ви здійснювали разом з Сергієм Зимою та Іриною Востріковою — визнаними експертами галузі. Якою була Ваша роль у суддівській колегії та що для Вас значить ця професійна співпраця ?
Працювати поруч із такими експертами — надзвичайно цінний досвід, навіть якщо оцінювання здійснюється онлайн. Моя суддівська функція полягала у детальних технічних і колористичних оцінках. Я ретельно аналізувала точність техніки, відпрацьованість світлотіней та логіку побудови образу. Співпраця з суддями – експертами галузі завжди мотивує на реалізацію нових ідей та цілей.
– Ваше запрошення до складу журі грунтується на перемозі в Чемпіонаті та професійних досягненнях, таких як курси з перукарського мистецтва, що широко використовуються іншими перукарями – спеціалістами галузі. Наскільки важливо для судді бути не тільки практиком, а й освітнім експертом?
Суддівство для мене є вмінням реалізувати свій досвід на практиці при оцінюванні конкурсантів. Мої авторські курси допомагають глибоко розуміти всі процеси, які відбуваються з волоссям під час фарбування, освітлення чи тонування. AirTouch, Balayage, деколоризація, корекція блонду — кожен курс охоплює професійні підходи, технічні деталі і рекомендації. Такий досвід робить суддівство та процес оцінювання більш точнішим і дозволяє бачити дрібні деталі та задум автора в цілому. На Думаю для судді це критично важливо.
– Ви є переможцем Національного Чемпіонату з перукарського мистецтва, нігтьової естетики та макіяжу і водночас — суддею. Чи вважаєте, що особистий досвід участі та перемоги у змаганнях впливає на здатність судити об’єктивно й професійно?
Безумовно. Коли ти сам проходив шлях конкурсанта то розумієш, наскільки важлива кожна деталь: від техніки до психологічної витримки. Перемога дає дуже точне відчуття того, який рівень зусиль потрібен, щоб створити конкурсну роботу. І це допомагає мені бути максимально справедливою та точною в оцінках. Переможець знає, що таке бездоганний результат, інколи навіть без оцінки іншими експертами та суддями. І саме це знання формує суддівську вимогливість і професійну відповідальність.
–Ви розвиваєте власні курси, займаєтесь суддівством, пишете статті на галузеву тематику. Якими Ви бачите свої подальші кроки у розвитку української школи перукарського мистецтва?
Моя мета — зміцнювати професійну освіту та досвід перукарів в Україні та за кордоном. Я прагну розширювати курси перукарського мистецтва, створювати нові програми, працювати над методичними матеріалами та платформами для навчання. Звісно на все потрібен час та ресурси, але я вірю що зможу досягнути ще більших висот в розвитку галузі перукарського мистецтва. Україна має величезний потенціал в перукарському мистецтві і же завойовує світові подіуми і конкурси. Я прагну зробити свій внесок у формування нової хвилі експертів-перукарів які впевнено будуть завойовувати світові призові місця, розвивати галузь та задавати темп світовій індустрії

On November 17, 2020, Ukraine hosted the National Online Championship of Ukraine in hairdressing, nail aesthetics, and makeup — a large-scale event that brought together the country’s best masters and set a new level of professional standards in the beauty industry. The competition was traditionally organized by the Public Union “The Association of beauty championship” that ensured the transparency of the evaluation and the compliance of the competition with international requirements.
This year, the Championship was held online for the first time. The hairdressing judging took place in three categories: Fashion Street Look, Be Cool Be Blondie, and Man Style Be Idol.
One of the key figures on the judging panel was Anzhelika Slastonenko — a certified hairdresser-stylist, technologist, winner of the Ukrainian National Championship in hairdressing, nail aesthetics, and makeup, and author of popular training courses that make a significant contribution to the industry and shape the modern educational base of Ukrainian hairdressers.
– Anzhelika, this year’s National Online Championship of Ukraine in hairdressing, nail aesthetics, and makeup has become one of the most important events for the Ukrainian beauty industry. How do you see the role of such competitions in the development of the professional environment for hairdressers?
The National Online Championship of Ukraine in hairdressing, nail aesthetics, and makeup provided an opportunity for masters from different regions and countries to join the competition and ensured the most objective evaluation conditions possible. The championship determines the level of professional training and highlights industry experts, showcasing the best specialists and their achievements. Participants see the real standards to strive for. The Championship is also an opportunity for industry experts to make a name for themselves on the international stage. The winners of the Championship of Ukraine in hairdressing, nail aesthetics, and makeup are able to compete with the world’s best experts in the field.
– You judged the Be Cool Be Blondie Championship category alongside Serhii Zima and Iryna Vostrikova, who are recognized experts in the field. What was your role on the judging panel, and what does this professional collaboration mean to you?
Working alongside such experts is an extremely valuable experience, even if the evaluation is done online. My judging role consisted of detailed technical and coloristic assessments. I carefully analyzed the accuracy of the technique, the refinement of light and shadow, and the logic of the image construction. Collaboration with judges who are experts in the field always motivates me to implement new ideas and goals.
– Your invitation to join the jury is based on your victory in the Championship and professional achievements, such as hairdressing courses, which are widely used by other hairdressers – specialists in the field. How important is it for a judge to be not only a practitioner but also an educational expert?
For me, judging is the ability to put my experience into practice when evaluating contestants. My signature courses help to deeply understand all the processes that occur with hair during dyeing, lightening, or toning. AirTouch, Balayage, decolorization, blonde correction – each course covers professional approaches, technical details, and recommendations. This experience makes judging and the evaluation process more accurate and allows you to see the small details and the author’s overall concept. I think this is critically important for a judge.
– You are the winner of the National Championship of Ukraine in hairdressing, nail aesthetics, and makeup, and at the same time, you are a judge. Do you think that your personal experience of participating and winning competitions affects your ability to judge objectively and professionally?
Absolutely. When you have been a contestant yourself, you understand how important every detail is: from technique to psychological endurance. Winning gives you a very accurate sense of the level of effort required to create a competition entry. And that helps me to be as fair and accurate as possible in my assessments. The winner knows what a flawless result is, sometimes even without the assessment of other experts and judges. And it is this knowledge that shapes the judge’s exactingness and professional responsibility.
– You develop your own courses, judge competitions, and write articles on industry topics. How do you see your next steps in the development of Ukrainian hairdressing schools?
My goal is to strengthen the professional education and experience of hairdressers in Ukraine and abroad. I strive to expand hairdressing courses, create new programs, and work on teaching materials and platforms. Of course, everything takes time and resources, but I believe that I can achieve even greater heights in the development of the hairdressing industry. Ukraine has enormous potential in hairdressing and is already conquering world catwalks and competitions. I want to contribute to the formation of a new wave of expert hairdressers who will confidently win world prizes, develop the industry, and set the pace for the global industry.
